Browsing and essential processing.
The editorial site does not itself set advertising or analytics cookies in this release. The host may process technical access and security logs. The Private Desk and administrator screens use an essential session cookie for form protection and authentication. Hashed network identifiers may be used for short-term abuse prevention. Third-party links open services governed by their own notices.
Optional recorded city films.
The Seoul Edit initially uses images served from this site. If you enable external video requests and select a recorded film, your browser connects to Pexels to retrieve it. The provider receives connection information including your IP address, and video playback uses data. This Hero module does not add advertising or analytics cookies or remember your media choice across page loads. Leave the option unchecked to avoid these video requests; the local images and site navigation remain available. See the Hero media notes for the sources. The animated scenes and optional recorded films are not a live camera.
Online inquiries.
The web form is currently inactive; the desk provides an email contact instead. When active, the form collects name, email, inquiry purpose, the submitted brief and any selected property reference to handle the inquiry. The form requires explicit agreement to the displayed collection notice. You can refuse consent, but the online form cannot then accept your inquiry.
Retention and deletion.
New web inquiries are assigned a retention period of 90 days from submission. The application can remove expired records through its maintenance task and on administrator access. Actual recurring execution must remain operational. The operator can delete a record sooner and respond to requests for access, correction, deletion or withdrawal, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Inquiry payloads are encrypted in application storage and are not placed in the public website directory. The encryption key is held on the same server in separate private storage; this is not protection against complete server compromise. Hosting backups and email-provider copies have their own lifecycle and may not disappear immediately when an application record is deleted. They must not be treated as a permanent alternative archive.
Email and service providers.
Email correspondence is handled through the sender’s and recipient’s mail services, separately from the web-form store. The site is hosted through Hostinger; requests necessarily reach the hosting infrastructure. Provider processing locations, contractual arrangements and retained backup or log copies depend on the actual services in use. Do not assume data is kept only in Korea. The operator should provide any additional provider or transfer notices required for the enabled processing.
Introductions to agencies.
Submitting the initial form does not authorize distribution of your details to brokers. Before an introduction involving personal data, the intended recipient, purpose, items, retention and consequences of refusal must be explained and any required separate consent obtained. This release does not automatically transmit inquiry payloads to agencies. If operator notifications are enabled, an email containing only the inquiry reference and an inbox link may be sent to the configured operator address; it does not contain your submitted name, email or brief.
Do not send sensitive material.
Please omit passports, identification numbers, financial documents, passwords, entry codes and third-party tenant information. The initial desk is for a general brief, not document verification or transaction execution.
