What a property submission should contain.
A stable agency and listing reference, the current transaction status, accurate public terms, building areas with their basis, relevant building particulars and the supplying agency’s registration and contact information. Unknown values should remain unknown rather than be guessed.
Media and publication rights.
The agency must have the right to supply the material and authorize the intended use of the photographs, description and public details. Private records, occupant names, tenant contact information and contracts are not published. Restricted offerings remain private and are not hidden in a publicly downloadable database.
Review before release.
Imports enter a private review queue. Approval does not happen merely because a row was uploaded. Updates require renewed approval; withdrawn, expired or insufficiently documented records are not served publicly. The supplying agency remains responsible for confirming transaction-specific facts and the required advertising particulars.
Working arrangements.
Marketing and introduction arrangements must be documented and reviewed for the actual activities, compensation and legal requirements. A site label does not resolve the regulatory status of an arrangement. Start through the editorial contact or Private Desk.
