Editorial Standards

Useful first. Searchable second.

Vida Korea is built around people-first information, source discipline and a lived-in editorial voice.

1. We do not manufacture experience

Vida Korea can write with a long-term expat lens without claiming that the publisher personally rented every property, opened every bank product or visited every provider discussed. First-person reporting is used only when it is genuinely supported.

2. Changing facts receive sources and dates

Housing rules, lease reporting, insurance eligibility and telecom plans can change. We link official sources and show the article update date. Readers should verify high-stakes details before signing, paying or changing status.

3. Property records are separate from editorial writing

Vida Homes does not create fictional listings to make the database look full. Listing status and last verification date belong to the record itself.

4. Monetization does not determine conclusions

Vida Korea may use advertising or affiliate relationships in the future. Commercial relationships will be disclosed and do not purchase a favorable editorial conclusion.

5. Corrections

If you find a material error, contact us. We prefer correcting a useful guide to preserving a confident sentence.
