A residence brief that begins with the route home.
Read the place.
An address can tell you where a home is. It cannot tell you how arrival feels. For a Hannam search, begin at the entrance: where a car can stop, what a visitor sees, which parts of the home are visible from outside. Privacy is a sequence of small decisions, not a word that can be established from a district name.
The area’s cultural context includes Leeum, whose buildings bring together work by Mario Botta, Jean Nouvel and Rem Koolhaas. That is useful background for understanding the conversation about architecture here. It is not evidence that a nearby property commands a particular premium, has the same design quality or belongs in the same price comparison.
For an executive household, separate the formal rooms from the ordinary hours. Where does a suitcase wait after a late arrival? Can someone work while another person sleeps? Is the maintenance contact responsible for the whole property or only a shared part? Ask the agency for written answers attached to the exact residence.
The right briefing should leave fewer things to assume. A beautiful view deserves a second look; a clear repair arrangement deserves one too.
